About PrimeAxis Consulting

PrimeAxis Consulting was founded to support organisations with the practical realities of funded projects once the grant has been awarded.

I am a post-award grant management specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience working inside university-led, EU-funded projects. I have supported projects across Horizon Europe, national, and foundation funding schemes, working closely with principal investigators, research groups, industry partners, and central administration.

My work sits at the intersection of compliance, finance, and practical project execution. I specialise in areas that are often underestimated once a project starts: eligible cost interpretation, financial reporting, amendments, audit readiness, and ongoing compliance with funder rules – all while keeping the project moving forward.

PrimeAxis Consuting exists to provide experienced, independent support where internal resources are stretched or where organisations need senior post-award expertise without building permanent overhead.
